I am seeing no blocking or minimizing of IF familiar damage via my RoBF. Jonathan, can you look into it. I will continue to test my theory.

nvm, after a little more testing it turned out to be high mpr characters with crappy scores that were working my MTL
oh, and btw, please add nvm and nevermind and MTL to the spellchecker
