Currently when I try to search the forums, the results yield many many links to the exact same threads. It would be helpful if the search engine would return each thread only once even though the word(s) were repeated through out the same post. We would be able to access more information and that in turn would cut the number of duplicate new posts.

What would be useful is that clicking on a link in a forum search would directly jump to the referenced post, not just the start of the page.

That's a great idea. It'd help a lot.
And, how about the ability to chose a title only search OR a title and full body search.

Tip: Google is a better search engine than CB's. Add site:carnageblender.com to your search request, and Google will show results from this site.
