ok i have heard some different things on the "protection" part of the RoBF so how does it work like ToE or straight damage cut off?

well assuming that my RoBF blocks 6K damage in that last round he would of have to do 11K damage so he went from 7K to 11K thats over a 50% damge increase maybe im just seeing this wrong but it just dont look right
