Who has read it? i don't understand it at all
this is off-topic though....i thought maybe i should ask a question i could use in school.....seriously, its a very confusing book!
Seems like heavy reading, and not in the most entertaining of settings. My grandad who is retired English prof doesn't think to highly of it though, though he pointed out that trying to portray a romance in a puritanical setting is going to bore some(many). He said that it should be farely easy to follow though, but tiring.
Define "at all". Were you reading it in a language other than your own?

well.. it is actually really simple - you could even say the plot is lacking
It's one of the few books where you end up with bruises from being beat over the head with symbolism.

That book is so unimpressive. A woman cheats. She gets branded an adultress. It's unfair. Blah blah. It's a sad ending. Blah blah. Not worth understand.
