I am now at 132,601 MPR with my NCB.
The top MPR spot is 3,125,692.
If we look at the percentage of my MPR vs. the top MPR we get:
(132601/3125692)) = .042423 (4.24%)
My BA is 9/10 every 20 mins. Why did it change so early. It seems like my refresh rate should be at the 10/10 rate much longer.
Anyone else see a problem with this?

Ok you answered the question that I pretty much knew, but I really want to get some feedback here, I think the percentage ranges should change, 2.5% is too early imo.

the faster you go to slower BA rate, the less BA you would waste :) Unless you don't ever sleep
you get increased rewards at every refresh change. you also get more time you can spend in the "real world" without having to hit cb to burn ba. about the only downside to hitting a new level is that you get less opportunity for clan points.
what exactly is it that you have a problem with?

Wow, I was completely unaware that each BA level gives increased rewards. Where have I been? =)
