Due to that im not of legal age to send money on paypal which im very irratated i have to refund the money back to krasko or else both of our paypal accounts will get refunded please send me my 5.25mill back thank you or else get your account frozen :P

I'm sure krasko will refund you, but technically it isn't his fault that your paypal account can't send money. He's sent the USD, so isn't it your fault that you didn't read the fine print that says you can't send money via paypal from your account?

So basically, technically since it's your mess-up, not his, shouldn't he be able to keep the 5.25M?

Why would krasko's account get frozen?

I think what goth is saying is that because goth messed up, krasko has to return the 5.25M or krasko gets frozen/reset or whatever.

not only will his get frozen mine will to im agreeing to refund all the money and yes it is my own fault and my bad but that would basically giving 5.25m away and i dont know anyone that would do that

here's the delima now i think the same story will happen krasko i think is in the same delima because he payed with his cc so if i send it back we are not sure if it will go to his cc and will end up useless just like my account but we will see what we can work out

he would get frozen because when i talked with the customer service about 1 hour ago now this is what they said " you will need to refund him back the money and get what you bought from him and or traded if not in 24 hours or else i will have to freeze the account's" thats all the info the lady gave me

i refunded him do not worry about giving me the 5.25m i cannot take a chance on his account being frozen all i wanted was for him to give 3mill out of that for the next T16 for prizes to help {CB1}slayer333 and he keep the rest so basically he got his money back and got 2.25m for free and if he does what i would like him to do donates 3mill for T16 to {cb1}slayer333 and leaving this story behind and in the dust we all move on case closed

I do not mind to give him CB back.The problem is i have not received anything yet.I am not sure even if i receive it ,if i would be able to use them.

maybe it went back into your cc as it was never spent please check that out before you come to a conclusion
