The amount of this transaction exceeds your remaining sending limit and cannot be processed at this time.

You will need to add and confirm your bank account. Once your bank account has been added and confirmed, you can continue this payment. Add your bank account information below.

did you type in the address bar www.paypal com, that is the best way to avoid going to phishing sites. on paypal you can also go into my account and see how much you have available at any time.

you need to connect your paypal account to a bank account or credit card, that is your issue there

if you login to www.paypal.com and it says you have $36 to spend, then contact paypal as to why it wont allow you.

Didn't Nightstrike have some good advice on this kind of thing ? Ah I think it was use a Mastercard for this stuff. I'd say get a prepay card anyone can get them right ?

You can receive money with a credit card or bank account, but you cannot send money unless you have them on record with paypal afaik.

Sorry for the double post but I mistyped my response.

You can receive money _without_ a credit card or bank account in their system, but you cannot send money without them.

Go to CVS, get a GreenDot prepaid reloadable card. itll work just like a credit card as far as paypal is concerned, link it to there, and you're set. or, alternatively, bring $5 to a bank, and open a checking account, provided you are 18 or older...
