The max PR you can accept is 1,594,787.
We are pretty much a top clan, usually with a high bonus, blah, blah. One of our members had to leave due to characters/PR limit, so we need a new member, or maybe two if they're both low. The usual stuff needed for a good clan, current policy is moderated.
