In my opinion, each character will get 10 BA after 20 minutes. but when I swich character, both will have the less total BA. For example, one have 10 and the other have 0, after the switch, both will have 0? Or it IS the case? Thank you!
BA is universal to all characters. You use the same BA for all of them, except for Tournament characters.
BA regenerates at the rate of your highest MPR character, as I recall.
