Question about tattoo artist (in New players)

When I try to get the tattoo artist to change my ToA into a halidon familiar, I get a message saying
Server Error

The requested URL cannot be accessed due to a system error on this server.

AOLserver/4.0.10 on http://www.carnageblender.com/

Is there something wrong? I have the money and everything, and other changes I tried worked. Help is appreciated.

If it's lesser it wont work, lesser Halidon Familiars don't exist.
