Can you please explain the rules again?

so here is the deal BluBBen...

-10k to enter your guess which will be a mysterious 4 digit code.
-you can enter as many times as you like so long as you pay.
-please post xfer.
-you can only enter once per update.
-your 4 digit code has to be in the exact order for it to be right(i.e: guess of 1999 and the answer is 1992 yields only 3 right numbers, same as for guessing 2992 = 2 numbers right, still following?)
-order matters
