BA regen problem (in General)

I haven't used any BA in the last 30 minutes... and it hasn't regenerated at all yet... why??

There have been some folks reporting this problem... Have you tried fighting a battle to see if there was a suspension you might have missed?

I was just in the middle of burning my BA and had 93 and I clicked fight and it dropped by 30 to 63. The crazy thing was everyone on my fightlist was comatose when it happened.
