Base EH needs forging. (in Services)

I have a base Elven Hauberk that I want forged.
I've never had anyone forge for me before and am not sure how high I can/want to go with it right away. Willing to spend somewhere in the neighborhood of 750k. CM me with offers I guess. Like it done in a week or so at most.
