Let's get rid of Lesser Tattoos, they gain levels so slowly, they are worth almost nothing, if you look at the biggest lessers in the game, they pale in comparison to even the smallest of the regular tattoos.

Heh, forgot about Tourneys, mainly because I don't do them...
