I'm wondering if BA is shared among characters... if so what about tournament characters? is BA shared with tournament characters or the BA is independent? and is there any incentive to having the highest score in the tournament?

Tourney characters have their own BA. All other characters share BA.

Lots of tournaments can be won with the high score.

Okay yar thanks so IF u win the tournament will u get anything out of it? something like extra CB or item?

Yep, at the bottom of each rules thread for that weekly tournament there are the prizes, usually cash, can involve rares.
