Could the RoBF minion shout its battle cry when the RoBF burns someone to dust?
Would that be complicated to implement?
Does anyone even care if it gets implemented at all?

RoBF is a flamin' fire, GW....how do you expect GA to retaliate against fire? douse with water? ;)

It is a heavenly type of damage (Angel) so it can do whatever it freakin wants!
