Forging. Plain and simple. 2.5M Nw added per week, granted you can spend all of your BA.
Forge fees can range from 60% NW difference to 80% NW difference. This is between 45% NW difference and 65% NW difference profit (assuming you dont buy BA)
Now, if you choose to forfeit your exp for X amount of time to dedicate yourself to forging, then you should atleast get more NW done in a week. Also considering you need to be a decent mpr to get any kind of return from forging (assuming no NUB bonus) there should be some kind of buff in terms of your NW/week (I am going to call this your Forging Velocity or FV for short --forging speed would be FS, which is the same as for sale =/ ).
At the cost of your exp, you are making money. Now considering you only are getting half the bonus that the characters/users who are fighting and gaining exp and thus increasing rewards, you should be making more money than them. It would only balance out the fact that they gain exp-- gain better rewards, and make up for the fact that when I fight, I make anywhere between 10%-20% less than I do forging--- but I gain exp.
If you are going to cut out exp, aka half your rewards, then forging should allow you to make twice the money. (Plus the blacksmith is too 1337. Forgers need to be able to compete with that industry killer!)

stated somewhere on the site... carnageblender note the word carnage not forging :) rates are determined by forgers themselves... so if they are willing to take that rate whats the problem
Forging as a business may not have ever been the intent.

Forgers doesn't need any love :P They are just adding more to the already worse USD infiltration into the game. Most of the long term forgers will eventually sell their CBD for USD. As for people who forge for money to buy gears, they are just plain stupid, coz like you say fighting only earn around 10%-20% less than forging for the same amount of effort. So why forge when you can fight and earn ? :P
IMHO, I think Jon should just disallow anyone from forging other's item and double or triple the efficiency of forging now. So that forging can be it's rightful tool to help low N/W peeps to gain higher N/W faster FOR HIMSELF/HERSELF while the exp sacrifice is well compensated from forged N/W.

theres no way that would happen.. that would mean 0 xfers which would suck ... either way you could forge for MOST of the time ad only buy BA and burn BA by fighting during money times (total may earn more then those who only fight?

Obviously there are just more forgers than is supported economically... People just do it because they like to.
In economics it's called a negative economic profit, since you could be doing other things such as fighting like you said. Economic profit factors in the opportunity cost of not doing other things. If more people realized they were losing money, then the supply of the service would decrease and percentages would rise, making it more economically feasible until the economic profit is 0.
Econ is fun =P

"rates are determined by forgers themselves..."
Not true... forging rates are determined by insta rates and vice versa. Forgers are not the only ones to blame for the rates.

doesnt really matter... all it takes is for forgers to accept the forge jobs... if they dont accept it the % will rise... thats all there is to it... and mostly the instas are based on forge prices
"Most of the long term forgers will eventually sell their CBD for USD."
That's not true at all.
"As for people who forge for money to buy gears, they are just plain stupid, coz like you say fighting only earn around 10%-20% less than forging for the same amount of effort. So why forge when you can fight and earn ? :P"
Not true either - and don't call me stupid. If you earn more money, you can get gears faster - maybe I don't want the exp, maybe I'm getting gear for my NCB. Maybe I can't find any targets to find because my strategy sucks, or I just don't have the gear. Maybe I want to help the community upgrade their gears for less than the BS, maybe I don't have the time to wait for my opponents to heal, or maybe I just like forging better.
So don't go making dumb assumptions.

What you must realize is, in order to be *truly* going for xp, we must buy BA. My actual weekly profit is around 250k. If I'm just going for cash, then ya its 1.25mil+ weekly profit with forging. If someone is fighting without buying BA the xp they're making is realistically worthless because they will not level at a rate capable of staying competetive - which is the only point of earning xp to begin with. With that in mind, forging is very balanced imo.
