.Iiiiiiiii get it nooooooow. I though HG's and combat GI's were were for low mpr chars, but then I realized if HG's came AFTER trained UC then I guess it would make UC a bit more worthwhile. (just confirming) weird how HG's and Gi's aren't in spell check.

Gi's aren't in the spell checker. Gis are though, as it is the appropriate pluralization of Gi. You phrased as if talking about the Gi's (<note the apostrophe here // apostrophes show posession or contraction // note the posession here>) UC/Evasion boosting properties.
As far as HGs, they likely aren't in there because it isn't proper with, or without the apostrophe, as the G stands for "Gauntlets" which are already pluralized.
