This looks like a money spinner, so I'll give it a go (I hate being poor in any game). I'll charge 70%, and I'll use ALL my BA for the job. And believe me, I have LOTS of free time. You can get your item forged in no time at all...

You definitely don't want to forge this early on. Get your MPR up to at least 300k, then consider this option...
