Just to clarify..

I'll be loaning the MH to Seeker until the payplan has been completly paid off, and he will send a 200k down payment. This will leave him with 2.1mil left to pay, which I will give him 4 weeks to pay off.. Hopefully it won't take this long.

Once the 200k downpayment is sent, and thread is confirmed, I'll loan the MH and the deal with begin.
