My Double D Admantium Brassiere Isn't Inflating (in General)

I used a ROE on the Nonborn King for the past 2 months to catch up with my steel familiar (Double D Admantium Brassiere lvl 607,801), and I did so three or four days ago. At one point, my max allowance and my steel familiar were 100 levels apart.

Since then, I've increased my max allowance to over 617,000, but the steel familiar has remained frozen at 607,801. I untrained my 1.0 junction on the familiar's minion, fought today, and trained the experience on the other three minions, but Double D is still frozen at 607,801. Anyone have an idea of why it isn't gaining levels?

because naming will add 4% levels to it there for your tattoo level is still over the max tat.

it's named

4% of your tat is roughly 24k so you need 631k max tat before it will grow again
