They never have been spawned, and they all but certainly will never be spawned.
And why are lesser tats in there, too?
Either lower the votes a lot, or remove them from the BM. I honestly don't think there's enough of a demand for base tattoos that 88+ people will vote for one.

they were spawned in stores at first, cuz i got my ToA (now SF) in store.
I don't think plenty of things deserve to be in the BM, but whatever. Someday we might have a shortage...
Oh, you were talking abouit them being spawned from BM, nevermind my last post, =P
But its the same with Steel Brigs and compound bows, they even spawn in stores but are still in BM. Its not like its in the way.
But steel brigs and compound bows don't need 88 (or 31 for lesser tattoos) votes to spawn them.
