Did I miss an announcement about clan bonuses operating on midnight times instead of cache flush times? I guess this means no more buying BA between midnight and 4am on sunday...

I would assume its due to daylight savings time falling back again... so the time for Clan's to start again dropped back an hour as well.
Draco, but it started even two hours earlier than its "normal" time without looking at DST.
Usually a matter of restarts. It's not unheard of. Moving on.
