Need advice on NCB character's progress (in General)

My NCB character MI5 commenced Oct-20 and the NCB ends on Feb-17. Up until now I've been buying all my BA, and these are the current stats for MI5:
Score / PR / MPR: 939,489 / 357,315 / 243,593
How much MPR can I reasonably expect to gain until the end of the NCB phase? I've now almost run out of CB$, and the fight gains can at the most pay for only 2 full BA [288 BA] buys on the two bonus exp days. So, is it worthwhile buying CB$ with USD, or will it be of no significance in the end [assuming of course that I'm buying full BA on those two bonus exp days]?

NCB ends tomorrow and..
PR / MPR: 1,535,496 / 1,406,427
Half of my NCB was good bonus, half was bad, but they say it was justified when they gave the new bonuses.. I missed some BA because of school/vacation, but overall did pretty well. Never bought BA either, but used an RoE the duration of the NCB..
Theres a rough idea.

Talion: PR / MPR: 1,210,519 / 821,358
Less than 2 months gone. Missed about 3 days worth of BA. Purchasing all available.
Should give you a good comparison point.
PR / MPR: 876,614 / 776,302 (the PR is with my RoE)
I'm still in my first month, bought all BA, missed very little and have been using an RoE the entire time.
My NCB is going to fail, and to fail miserably.
Happy, happy, joy, joy!
I started buying BA so I oughta do better...=D

I've been checking all your char graphs, Zach's is the most complete since his NCB is going to be nearly over, so it provides a nice overview of the possibilities. Since horseguy has an RoE, his MPR is going to be way over the top by the end of the NCB period.
Thanks guys for your assistance. I was afraid that after a certain period, the mpr gain will begin to plateau, so there might be little point in buying BA; but your experience does prove that this is not the case.
Perhaps with some mighty mpr gain and a sound strat for the higher echelons, one of you guys might even give Ranger, Mikel et al a good run for their money :)
Hehe... I'm already glad to say that I keep those two on their toes... they know I'm not to far behind them ^_^

more power to your elbow, Draco, or rather, to your minions' ELBow :)
Well, for me the only thing I can do is buy BA anytime I can...
I can't use an RoE. *sniffle*.

Same here. That is the biggest (only) problem with RoBF strategies. Your main damage dealer cannot be replaced by a RoE. It just doesn't work.
but you should be able to make up for that with a better challenge bonus.
Actually....I can't. Higher Challenge Bonuses are pretty precious right now.
And yes (Talion) the only problem with an RoBF strat is that I can't use an RoE.
Actually I think I am getting a higher challenge bonus then RoBF strats, just based off of score/PR ratio. I may have a smaller fightlist, but it will be worth it in the end. I can still get as high as 77% right now, which I didn't think would be possible near the end of the first month.
by keeping starun you have really increased the cost of your ba haven't you chuck?

"but you should be able to make up for that with a better challenge bonus."
That was true until I reached 1M PR. I had over 10 targets worth over 80% challenge bonus before that point.
Since my PR reached 1M, the challenge bonus have been becoming a lot smaller very fast. The gap between characters with scores around 2M and players with scores between 1.5M and 1.8M is about 1M MPR.
So the characters that would give me decent challenge bonuses are still too powerful for me. The trained XP gap is simply too big. When I get big enough to challenge them, the bonus will have become substantially smaller.
