[R] Strategic Assistance w/ "The Four Kings" (in General)

Iluvatar[NK] November 9 2007 1:44 AM EST

So here's my character:

The Four Kings PR / MPR: 1,283,338 / 982,825

"Storm" [NC]...YellOw
HP: 94,350
ST: 20
DX: 20
Phantom Link: 81,000 (45000)
Decay: 980/ 1,000
Ethereal Chains: 662,246/672,331(331,143)
Protection: 986/1,000 (4)

"Emperor" SlayerS_'BoxeR'
HP: 194,727
ST: 20
DX: 19/20
Evasion: 47961/48940 (29)
Cone of Cold: 843,718/740,104 (182,236)
Antimagic Field: 98,500/100,000

"Hero" [Oops]Reach
HP: 263,618
ST:415,000/321,706
DX:116,033/184,180
Bloodlust:67,467/85,402

"Tornado" [ReD]NaDa
HP: 153,339
ST: 26/20
DX: 21/20
Phantom Link: 100,719/92,403(55,955)
Ablative Shield: 589,547/631,207 (294,783)

So I'm thinking about a massive retrain. Details as follows:

YellOw: Untrain decay. Untrain EC, put into AMF, HP, PL. Move TSA/Elven gear to him. [so he acts as combination PL battery/enchanter]

BoxeR: Untrain AMF. Put into Eva/CoC. Fairly straightforward.

Reach: Continue train as normal.

NaDa: Train base decay. Momentarily stop HP/PL, instead putting exp into AS. Swap spots in the order with YellOw.

Thoughts on anything and everything? I'm open to suggestions of all sorts. Thanks for any help.

Oh, I forgot to mention gear.

YellOw:
An Amulet of Invisibility [0] (+10)
A Pair of Noldorin Spellcasters [0] (+10)
A Helm of Clearsight [-5] (+5)
A Tattoo of Endurance lvl 839,609

BoxeR:
An Amulet of Invisibility [0] (+10)
A Mithril Chain Mail [28] (+35)
A Cloak of the Istari [6] (+5)
A Pair of Displacement Boots [0] (+44)
A Pair of Alatar's Gloves [0] (+11)
A Helm of Clearsight [-5] (+9)

Reach:
A Blacksword of Nan Elmoth [92x2210] (+101)
An Adamantite Cuirass [40] (+86)
A Shadow Cloak [11] (+19)
A Set of Chain Mail Leggings [18] (+31)
A Pair of Tulkas' Gauntlets [6] (+16)
A Helm of Ecthelion [6] (+13)
A Miserable Shed [20] (+47)

NaDa:
A Trollskin Armor [22] (+34)
A Pair of Elven Boots [10] (+1)
A Pair of Elven Gloves [3] (+10)

Please ignore the current pitiful state of upgrades. I've been focusing on acquiring items instead of getting them in proper usable shape :P Mostly asking for advice on what gear to get, what gear to drop, how to allot, etc.

I did the retrain. I also purchased an EC. Now it's more of a minion order issue.

Wow! Complicated! Giving me massive headache!

Ok... here is what I would do (order of minions is important)

Hero : No Change (Maybe get a HoD instead of HoE to boost AC)
Tornado : PL/AS with TSA/EC/EG/AoI/EB (find a Corn!)
Emperor : Evasion/CoC with AoI, AG, HoC, CoI, DB, MCM
Yellow: PL(smaller than Tornado)/Decay(small)/AMF/Protection(base) with ToE, NSC, HoC (find another pair of EB!)

That way, you have big AC in front for physical attack reduction which removes the need for Ethereal Chains and max ToE protection in the back for protection against MM.

Yeah, I have an HoD. It's being forged, so I'm using my HoE for now. But that makes sense.

Tornado : PL/AS with TSA/EC/EG/AoI/EB
The thing about putting my bigger PL and TSA on my AS minion is that I'll have smaller AS than AMF. For that reason I've reversed AS and AMF in the proposed order.

Emperor : Evasion/CoC with AoI, AG, HoC, CoI, DB, MCM
This is the most sensible setup for mage, yes.

Yellow: PL(smaller than Tornado)/Decay(small)/AMF/Protection(base) with ToE, NSC, HoC (find another pair of EB!)
Working on those EB :P But I was thinking about getting another AoI so all attacks would be directed at Reach. Also, I would make this guy the bigger PL and put the base decay on NaDa.

As for order, I am putting two of them ahead of my tank because they have AoIs. Theoretically then, physical damage order won't matter except in cases of Mageseekers. It makes me less susceptible to decay as well.

The main issue I think is just the minion order of the decay mage and the CoC mage. Do I put CoC first to kill off minor enchanters so the decay can hit the big guy? Or do I put decay mage first for one or two minion teams so he has more damage potential?
