It occurred to me that there are several people here (grand understatement) that are waaaaaaaaay smarter than me.
I use Firefox to browse the web, and play CB, from a memory stick (U3). Sometimes I'm on a computer that doesn't allow Java to run/download so my chat doesn't work. I've seen that people claim to be able to run a portable version of sorts of Java from a stick but don't know how it works/where to get it/if it's the JRE that will allow my chat to work from my stick.
Anyone have any insight to this? Please keep in mind that I can navigate a computer fairly well but DO NOT understand coding/programing/building applications. I do follow directions quite well!
