My Java chat applet sometimes randomly says connection lost, and then reconnects, and repeats several time until it says cannot reconnect, I waited a bit, and try /join carnage, and my access is denied. Can I be removed from the black list and have it enabled and have the problem fixed?
Update your JAVA, clear your cache and cookies, disable firewalls (if any), try a different browser.
You're not blacklisted or anything, probably having some java issues.

I just went through some java issues myself. In order for me to get chat to work I had to completely uninstall java from my computer and reinstall it.
I don't know exactly what issues you're having from your description, nor do I claim to know anything. I'm just letting you know what finally worked for me.
