When I try and switch lists from Favorites to Standard, or try and switch
characters, I get perpetual Loading... and nothing happens. At that
point I need to reload CB page and I can just fight my existing faves on my current character.

its not a bug.
This happens to me sometimes. It just means your internet is being very slow :)

It's very unlikely this is a bug with CB.
What browser / version are you using?
I often get lag of the type you mention if I've had Firfox open for a long while (days) and/or I've had multiple tabs open (30+) on numerous occasions. The Mem Usage creeps up and when it hits the 250,000k mark then all I do is close FF and re-open.
Problem fixed, for me at least...

Everything else works just fine. Chat, everything. Even after a reboot it is still doing this.
