2 things:
1. You can't buy and sell NP here.
Neopets Terms of use #1: This means that you cannot try to make money off the Neopoints or virtual items in your account or even sell the time it took you to collect such items and Neopoints.
2. Buying and selling threads should be in FS/WTB, not in Public Record.
