Hey All:
I'd like to get a 3mil loan. Would anyone offer it at a rate lower than 5%? I'm shopping around before I go to the established loan dealers.
I'll repay it in 3 weeks at the most conservative estimate. I'm a loan repaying machine :P. Ask JS for reference!
