Attn. Jon: Robf's DB properties aren't kicking in like they should... (in General)

Me and Hatch and Karn were testing the properties of the Robf to see if the DB effect works... the testing conditions were I had a +50 Bone... 20 dex... Karn had his Robf that we figured to be equivalent to +100... he also had a base decay trained to give him max dex advantage... so as to keep dex hits out. Well when I attacked him a few times on more than one occasion I hit him in the first or second round of Melee with my +50 bone... even with the naming it shouldn't come anywhere close to hitting but I did. Hatch also used his char with 20 dex and a +101 VB and hit in the first or second round more than once as well. Not to say I don't think Robf isn't still overpowered... it would be so much more overpowered if the DB effect worked properly. Just thought this might need to be looked at.

"he also had a base decay trained to give him max dex advantage"

That should read as Base EC
