For Archery, you should train it equal to 1/3 of your ST. So if you have 9,999 ST, your Archery should be at 3,333. Archery only works with bows, though, so if you're using a sling or crossbow, it's just a waste of experience.

So what do I do if I use a sling or crossbow?

well slings/crossbows usually aren't focused on solely, unless you're using a sling of death (SoD) and explosive shots. Most of the time you'd use a decent melee weapon. This means you can augment it by training Bloodlust (BL). When BL is trained to full effect you will achieve 60% extra damage in melee round.

So basically, train BL if you use slings/crossbows and train Archery if you use an actual bow. :)

HP/ST/DX fairly evenly and BL to the requirement for full effect. That is 1/5 of your ST.
