Templar (Myself) will be paying a total of $1,000,000 for CrazyNic's Char Selik, the 1 mill including the char xfer fee. this money will be payed on no timeline, but at a rate of 80% of profit made. please confirm.

A transfer fee of $565,577 will apply. This fee is equal to the $50,000 plus an amount proportional to the PR of the Character, plus the sum of the item transfer fees that would apply if they were being transferred individually.
