in the left frame is it possible to have a link that refreshes just that frame with one click? i know that you can right click, point to "this frame" and then click on "reload this frame." i am lazy though and would like a single-click alternative if possible.

OR, since the only purpose of refreshing that left frame is the need to know the latest BA count, how about a link to refresh the latest BA count alongside the BA figure?

yes, the refresh link on fexy's script is the little red circle of 2 arrows at the top of the script's bar.
