my clan is giving inconsistent rewards. ranging from 5%-10ish%. I consider my clan score pretty high (I log on quiet a bit), but I don't focus on fighting clan members as much as fighting good targets. Send me a chat mail and I will abandon my clan.

well, I have joined. I am enjoying my 13% clan bonus, and I hope you are not referring to the Family Guy joke on "Magic:The Gathering"/virgins. :P
