Reminder: Selling neopets Accounts/Items Not Per (in General)

I thought we weren't allowed to violate the ToS of other online games as well...

"Neopets Terms of use #1: This means that you cannot try to make money off the Neopoints or virtual items in your account or even sell the time it took you to collect such items and Neopoints."

Or is that the exception to the rule? I've stayed relatively on the quiet side about it, but I know I can't be the only one that sees somebody using their entire NUB (well... maybe only 95-98% or so of it) to sell out for neopoints and the like as a slap in the face of CB... Am I wrong? Is this allowed? Conspiracy against RS (:P)?

I don't think ignorance of the rule would be a defense on his part: I've warned him about this multiple times.

I've told him not to do this in Chat multiple times; he then took to PM'ing everyone about buying NP, including me.

well its a slap both ways isnt it? Fembley's slapping CB, and whoever he is trading with is slapping another. Agreed that it might be deemed kind of bad, but...who are we to say where one can and cannot spend ones money.

Precedence has been set with Mitt's case and RS. It was enforced. So it is only fair if the same applies for neopets.

Personally I think CB admins should only have to worry about CB's terms of service, not every other game out there. If game X wants to prevent trading for $CB, then their admins should do that, not ours.

I believe that is the way Jon has always seen it... and that is the way it should be... only worry about the game that you are an admin for... there are more important things to worry about atm.
