Suggestion on New Players Forum (in General)

Currently, notification on new replies to threads we create is turned off. It used to be on by default so that you'd get notifications on any thread that you create. It may be more effective to handle this on a per forum basis, so that by default, threads created in New Players have notifications on by default. That way, a new player is more prone to see the replies that we are giving and hopefully have a better chance of being brought into the game.
