Jiggy is confirmed to train UC and endurance... Both of which are skills (according to Jon)... So he can have three skills too...

No, it trains Archery equal to its ST, so as to be able to potentially benefit from Giant Strength, instead of losing accuracy because of it.
As per the September (?) 2007 changelog that has been causing everyone so much trouble because of the powers it granted the RBF. Look, it's the same thread.
