the specify button and the ability to change my cb theme in Settings :S

Cb theme = gone for me too.
for specify, just refresh the sidebar
specify seems to vanish when you switch between Standard and Favorites lists...

I'll see if I can fix Specify.
I don't know if or when themes will come back.
