Idea for Buying Supporter item/Naming (in General)

As stated in the "Reforge an item with a name of power" option, it simply isn't cost effective to name one item for $5. I would imagine Jon also being slightly dissatisfied with the money he makes from $6 supporter items sold to pre-existing supporters items.

Would it make sense to have the [option] to combine the two? For $10 usd, supporters can both get the new supporter item, and name it. This works well for the buyer, most named items are either Supporter items or Uber, as well as working out for Jon, as he makes more money from a reduced number of paypal transaction fees.

Something like that might be kind of cool. and I belive the link is on your home page if you haven't already bought it.

I'd like for the link to be on the new home page if you havent bought the item, actually. That way, even if I live wiht my head in the sand for a few weeks and don't pay attention to the boards, I will still know about new supporter items. It also sort of fits in with the idea of the new home page.

I've looked around and can't find the link for supporter items; anybody know for definite where it is?

i am not sure if this be the page you are looking for, but click on "settings" in th left frame. next click on the word "supporter" in the header for "supporter preferences."
