Automatic Donation Missing? (in General)

OK, the Wiki says:

By donating $10 USD or more to CB, your user account is upgraded to a supporter account. The easiest way of doing this is to use the automatic donation-processing code (see "Help Support CB" under News on the left sidebar), "


I'm presuming the page talked about is this:

Maybe it's my browser, my computer or something. But I can't see a donate button there.

Also, how do we get supporter items these days?

send jon the money and have a note saying what its for and who its for.

Hmm, I thought the button had dissappeared when I became a supporter. Thus barring you from becoming a supporter over and over again. :)
