So, what is YOUR favourite forge item and why ?
"You feel quiet satisfaction as you gaze on your Pair of Displacement Boots."
Well, I'll say ! Quiet satisfaction indeed.
Not so quiet actually when your head starts going dizzy from all the heating/casting/quenching... of...
Forging for 24 hours Sickone ($2,387,702)
Never again. Seriously.
NEVER again will I let so many BA accrue unspent.
ESPECIALLY if I ever want to forge any other item.
At least with DBs, it's easy... at all times, you have all the steps necessary to trace your progress and "position" in the forging cycle right in front of your eyes in the 10-line log.
Would it be any other item with a longer BA cycle, and with all the botchecks, I have no idea how many "mishaps" I could have gotten (I had quite a few on my former Adamantine Cuirass, that's a loooooong forge cycle).

Pry tell, what is this ... "forging" ... that you speak of?
It stinks suspiciously of some kind of... work.

There's something satisfying when you get over that 99% RPM and just know that the next cycle you do will cost you over 500k in forge fees.

Man. I'm even a forger, so I should've recognized that line.
Instead, I was thinking "...this is going to be such a non-PG topic."

The last time I forged was in 2004 and back then, forging actually felt like a good way to get rich. But pretend I am a forger now, I'd say the x's on Elbow would be most satisfying. I like the idea of uniform incremental forge cost. I can't stand having to work on one point for 3 weeks and get 0.0001% per cycle -_-. (say corn +9 to +10)

Man...the BoNE was always my favorite. So nice... easy, easy upgrades. And watching the damage fly up is nice too. Unfortunately, it's definitely NOT the most popular of the weapons...
