My brother is forging for me! (in Public Record)

Nothing real fancy. Making a forging deal with my brother, who likes Jamba Juice. He is old skool NUB, so this is a way for me to get my items forged quickly and for him to make some money, as he doesn't have enough, and no forgers seem to be available at this time. The first item he will be forging will be my Combat Gi.

I've sent him 2mil in advance payment, because he had to snipe a big ToA from the armor store.

He will be upping my Gi in small amounts at a time (as I can't loan it for a week without a replacement), and upping this inbetween times: A Buckler of Mandos [10] (+11) $76,336. I will pay 2/3 NW increase on that, as well.

I want the Gi up to +75 and the BoM up to +26. Between the two, it's about 10 mil in upgrades.

He's agreed to this verbally, and we'll see if he confirms this update right here.

I've sent, on two separate occasions, payments of 100k to help with forge fees. This brings the total paid up to 2.2 mil.

I sent some money to cover forge fees for the remaining points. This brings the total amount paid to him since the beginning of the job up to 2,506,288, which should be 2/3 of the total NW increase on the BoM once it reaches +26. I then owe him for the work on the Gi.

As of my previous post, BoM has been paid up through +26, which is exactly what it is at right now.
