Upload (imageshack.us) and then take the URL of the picture and link it with this HTML:

<img src= "www.yourpictureURLhere.com">

And as much as I would love to click HTML mode and turn the spell check off in order to beat it, that is just too much effort when I'm trying to explain an HTML command.
