Looking for ~1 clan member (in General)

I am looking for 1 other person to help stabilize some of the clan bonus swings day to day. My clan is dedicated to maximizing fight rewards. Note that this is not necessarily the same thing as maximizing clan bonus, so an all-clan fight list is NOT a prerequisite. Maximizing fight rewards does involve maximizing the number of fights, so buying BA pretty much IS a prerequisite.

I'll take one person of large PR or maybe a few smaller, but consistency is important, so I reserve the right to be picky for those that don't yet have a reliable track record.
