Turn off Ads? (in General)

I've noticed an ad on the out of BA page;

"Carnage Blender recommends Firefox for maximum carnage!"

And thought I must have clicked off stopping ads by mistake. But I can't find that option under settings any more. :/

Am I missing something, or do I have ads turned off (can't remember seeing one when fighting for ages...) and the Google Toolbar advert is something I can't get rid of?

I don't have any ads on that page. You been popping baby aspirins again?

I have ads on my forging pages now, and I'm missing the 'Turn off Ads' option as well.

odd, I thought I turned those off globally (which is why the option went away).

should really be off after next cache flush.
