I know it's a long shot as they are hated by forgers...
But I'm looking for someone to forge my Amulet of AC.

Currently +14, NW 464,053
Wanted +23 NW 5,981,417
Net difference NW 5,517,364

Would pay 83% 4,579,412
1/2 paid up front, 1/4 paid at 50%, 1/4 paid at the end. Would loan for at least a month (In no hurry here).
