the time zones would move with Jon.......
if Jon moved 2 time zones then your local time would advance/rewind by 2hrs.
And yes, that is a very powerful skill Jon chooses not to exploit.
any movement we see in jon today actually happened millions of years ago, it has taken that long for the light to reach us though.
Server time already has nothing to do with Jon's location.
