That if i do not train anything and stay in the 100% bounes area im at I wont hit that wall and ill make a lot more money and get more EXP. Will that work?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think your VPR is used when calculating reward. IE, if you don't train for a long time, you'll see your reward fall against people of roughly the same score. You can train and retrain off the extra exp and keep making lots of money like what I think lostling is doing.
