I tried renaming the 2007 CB t-shirt to A 2007 CB t-shirt.
The final step gave me a server error.
I created a test page to rename.
I get no server error with renaming that one.
keeping the thread up top?

i believe you are getting the error because there is already a page for "
A 2007 CB T-Shirt"
Right well this thing is giving me headaches.

Hatchetman is right. I added a user-friendly error message for when this happens.
What you should do here is change all the references to one version to reference the other instead. Then you can delete the one with no references anymore, and rename the one left over if you need to.
i tried but the pages Armor and Supportership still say the have a link to the 2007 CB t-shirt but when i follow those links I end up with the new/old one I created.
And on the item overview page the t-shirt is still listed as 2007 CB T-shirt instead of A 2007 CB T-shirt

I moved 2007 CB T-shirt (the right name) out of the way and marked dead, and moved the "A " version of the page to the right name.
It looks like CB's list of page links can get out of date when a revert is performed. I'll see if I can fix it.

The rest of items overview has no "A" or "An" on any item, not that it matters.
